Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

He likes the way you look, obviously. That doesn't necessarily mean he "likes" you, though. If he has a girlfriend then don't stare back or try to initiate a conversation with him, or you could end up in a mess. Leave it up to him if he wants to talk to you or not.

For you to have noticed that he stares at you means that you are staring alot at him to. If you have questions, just politely ask he what the deal is?

Maybe he thinks your cute. But if he already has a g/f, then he's off limits. Wait and see if they break up. If they do, start showing him that you're interested in him. When he stares at you, you can start by making eye contact back and then smile at him.

well you can never tell when a guy looks at you. he might just think your very pretty and doesnt want to tell u so he looks at you. just go up to him and ask him why he looks at you all the time. you never know you might become good friends. and if he does have a girlfriend so what. Your just friends and you never know they might brake up and he might be coming to you for advice.

he probably does like you and he is not sure u like him or not and he does not want to break up with his girlfriend for him to ask you out and you say no so he would end up with no girl.so give him some hints that you like him too and if he does like you he will most likely ask you out and break up with his old girlfriend. i hope this information helps you out

Sounds like my current situation...guys are always like that..never satisfied with what they have. Forget this guy...there are plenty of single guys around.

he's flirting take care....i can tell that those guys who have gf or who r committed, are the most who flirt...i know many stories like that..(true stories).
guys never statisfied...they dont get enough...whatever u do , u can rarely satisfy a guy... :(
