My mother taught me to be cordial to people unless they are not cordial to me. I let them say their piece, take their literature then toss the literature when they leave. There is no reason to be rude to them. When I caught them talking to my children once (who were playing in the front yard) I strenuously objected and told them to leave and never approach my children again without an adult present or I would call the police. They did and there were no further problems. Again, since I was keeping an eye on my children and went outside when I saw them approach the kids, there was no reason to be rude. Just forceful.

It doesn't say where they got the idea that he is a Jehovah's Witness. He was handing our papers, not booklets or magazines. They were materials that related to his perversions. It doesn't even say he was going to homes to do it.

Clearly, he was intending to be captured. He may have intended this with the plan to identify himself as a JW to malign them. Or he just may be nuts. It clearly doesn't follow the patterns of other religions, where they hide it, telling children they will go to Hell if they do not comply, and doing nothing until it becomes a media event. Perhaps only the reported added the comment.

Even if he was once a JW, he is no longer. Being JW is means every day living by Christ's Teaching, and he wasn't.

Been seeing a lot of cases like this of late, where a pedophile does something that clearly will get them arrested. There's also the chance this person was doing this to get arrest so that he would have room, food, and medical care. There's been an upsurge of that, also.

Since I dont go to site blindly I dont know what your problem is But as to what I would do is invite them in Nicely and talk to them If you believe they are wrong show them from your Bible and then let them answer also from the Bible who knows you both might learn something from each other this much I know they are the nices and most polite people I have ever met and they know the Bible better than any one else does and they live by what it says 24/7 not just 1hr a week as some do and they have helped many people with their problems they are usually the first on the scene after a disaster to help people rebuild repair feed clothe and comfort those who have been traumaized for FREE SO GET TO KNOW THEM DONT JUDGE BY RUMORS AND FALSE STORIES IT WILL BE THE BEST TIME YOU EVER HAD THAT IS WHAT ALL THE WISE PEOPLE i KNOW DO GORBALIZER

If that man was truly a Jehovah's Witness, he won't be so for long, as the Witnesses will expell anyone committing such behaviour. Then again, he have have just been a pervert pretending to be a Witness.

Same thing I've always done: Say I'm happy with my religion and wish them luck.

I'm nice to them because I think it takes a lot of bravery to do missionary work like that.

I do not open up sites.

But, here are two suggestions:

1. Jay Leno says go to the door naked and welcome them in-----they will run.

2. A Friend told them she was a Muslim Jew----they didn't know how to respond to that, and left.

Like any other guest that comes to my door, they would be offered a seat, a drink. etc
Then I would witness to them.

Kelly and Daisy show you so well how much thought religious people give to questions.

If someone like that ever tried to approach our children, my husband and I would be the ones going to prison for murder!
