I have pondered both your questions many times, but no answers have been forthcoming. Not only has our country been given away, but so have the things that have made America a strong and vital nation. I speak specifically of Social Security and Medicare funds. These should have remained sacred trusts for the elderly, but how are they being used and abused? While there's a lot of threats and "warnings" that these funds will gradually dissipate in years to come, why are they constantly being used for other purposes that have no bearing on citizens who have worked their entire lives to insure a retirement that won't subject them to a life of poverty? One of those other purposes is awarding these privileged funds to illegal immigrants. Don't even get me started on this subject, because I've already said too much!
In answer to your second question, while I find this site addictive, having spent hours answering questions while the laundry waits and the chicken burns, I am nevertheless appalled that the very prestigious and world-wide Yahoo doesn't screen questions and answers for appropriateness and decency as other similar sites do.
So I guess all you and I and countless others can do, is wait until this goverment and all of its subsidiaries and corporations and insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, and other giants that are threatening to eliminate all that we hold sacred, can undergo a mass reformation and recall, and return to being the nation our forefathers originally intended it to be in our Constitution.

It has already been too long. Bad enough when someone was just impersonating another user's handle, but to make up a name and post a fake address of that person is way over the line.
And the team has a left wing agenda, because they consistently ignore most of the hate being spewed from that side. So they'll probably never do anything about the abuse- at least on that side.

Totally depends on your perspective... but it seems that there was a break between the really old pre-historic times when the earth was forming and things like dinosaurs were alive and the time when human beings and Neanderthals came along. Religions simply say the world began when history began...as far back as the first human... several thousands of years ago... but scientists say oh no there were human like creatures before them and in fact humans and Neanderthals (a different species) inter bred. DNA can now be used to trace all humans back to a single source... so we do at least know where we came from if not precisely when. As we humans are a recent blip on this planet and we seem hell bent on destroying the planet I suspect a million years from now we will be a distant memory.

Public opinion is decidedly against unending population growth, increased sprawl, congestion, pollution, and a declining quality of life all driven by high immigration levels. Indeed, every respectable poll taken shows a majority of Americans across racial, class, and ethnic lines support significant reductions in legal immigration and a complete halt to illegal immigration
Perhaps the White House is finally getting the message. It's about time they realize that the people of this country justifiably feel that the U.S. border is a sieve. It poses a real threat to our security and ignoring this fact represents the most egregious evidence that the federal government is shirking its responsibility to the people of this nation." Congressman Ton Tancredo
The tide is turning and the end of the illegal alien is in sight.I have faith in the legal American people, its time to send a message to the lawless that we are tired of playing games and maybe its time for us to take action. We are still the majority, maybe its time we acted like it and stop acting like victimes.
Yahoo ..........Never unless it shuts down, the revenge reporting. Its insane, they dont read the aledged violations
they dont care about the truth.

Nothing will change as long as the dirty fact cat politicians are in charge. They have at this moment have American blood on their hands. They are forever tainted.

It's just sad to think about what our government has let our country become. Who knows when it will happen. Maybe never.
