Don't trow yourself at every girl that comes along, and don't point out all of th negative facts about you! Girls find that desperate and pathetic. We like to feel like we're the only one your in to(but don't act all psycho about it). The key is to always leave the girl wanting to see you more. Sometimes it helps if you just have casual conversations with her, and not act like you like her. Then one day (if you think she is interested), ask her out.
P.S. Girls love to try to get a guy that they think doesn't want them. We hate rejection so it feeds our egos.
