I made a great meal last night. Here's what it was:

Mini meatloaves in muffin tins

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, mixed with two eggs, about 8 saltines, 3 tablespoons of steak sauce ( i just had a generic kind), 2 cloves garlic minced, 1/2 large onion, chopped fine. Put a tablespoon of catsup inside each of the tins, then a baseball sized ball of the meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.

Meanwhile, cook an autumn squash in the oven, as well. (Acorn or any winter squash, cut in half, cored, baked skin side up. Then turn over and put a couple tablespoons of butter inside each. The squash should be done about the same time as the meatloaf.

Side dish salad:

Chinese Noodle salad

1/2 head cabbage, chopped
2 - 3 green onions, chopped
1 package Ramen Noodles (discard seasoning), broken into pieces
2 Tablespoons of sunflower seeds (kernels)
1 cup sliced or slivered almonds
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce

In one bowl, mix cabbage & onions. In fry pan, melt margarine, and stir fry the Ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds until crispy brown. Set aside and cool. In saucepan, mix sugar, oil, vinegar and soy sauce. Bring to boil, then cool completely. Just before serving, mix all together.

Get 2 effective steaks, mushrooms, cream and new potatoes, Slice the shrooms, dice a small onion and fry in a deep pan with some butter till the shrooms commence taking colour, upload a good sprint of white wine, decrease on low flame and ad the cream and reduce back till eventually the feel is ideal. Season with salt & pepper contained in the intervening time boil the potatoes, placed them on in chilly, salted water! The steaks grilled medium uncommon - that is the in basic terms way, then leap the potatoes decrease in 1/2 or quaters contained in the pan with some olive oil, thyme and rosemary - serve on warm plates and if she likes vegetables with eco-friendly beans (wrapped in 1st Baron Verulam). believe me this pork dish is going with a heavy dry white wine, attempt to get an elderly Chardonnay or a Riesling, yet not something sweet! in case you do not comprehend wines more effective perfect pick a Shiraz or a Cabernet! Or the best old Matheus as a rosé would do besides.. savor you 2

One of my favorites, elbow macaroni (cooked first of course) fried a nice brown in olive oil or butter, then add mushrooms and either finely cut sausage(s) and/or hamburger in small pieces and when it is all nice and hot add one or two eggs (depending on quantity) and mix in real well (or put through blender first and than pour over everything in pan).
Fast and delicious. Don't forget the salt and pepper.

Well, if you want something simple, just buy some mince and kidney beans and an onion, and fry it all up with some chilli sauce to make a chilli con carne. Easy as that! (and what I myself did last night when I couldn't be arsed to cook anything more elaborate.)
