They'll be free, damn it, if we have to kill every one last of them.

Why dont you ask about the thousands and then some of the people that have died in the US.who gives a f*ck if they are liberated. They are killing our troops, there is no way to see a difference between a civilian and a iraqi bad guy so hell blow them all up. Just bring out troops home.

Being that you've already formed your own opinion there's really no point in answering this question. So let me ask you somethings; How innocent are people that use woman and children to plant IED's? How innocent are people that will strap explosives to dogs, cats, and donkeys then set the animals loose on the streets with no regard for who they end up killing? I think you need to take a better look at your definition of "innocent".

Well, I guess there is a certain amount of liberation in being dead. You've been liberated from your physical body. If you'll notice, Iraqis weren't dying on a widespread daily basis prior to the American invasion. Not that Saddam Hussein was some great guy or anything...but, then again, neither are a lot of other dictators of countries that America didn't invade.

When you show your facts on the amount of people killed in Iraq then you might get good answers to your question.
If you are just going to state your opinion on the amount of deaths then you wont.
The number that you show is about 1/12 of the population of Iraq and I have not seen anywhere other than a rag sheet state that is the number that has been killed in Iraq.

We have no interest in 'liberating' the Iraqis or 'bringing democracy' to that country. Our only interest is OIL, pure and simple.
The Bush family had a vendetta against Hussein ever since the days of Desert Storm when George H.W. Bush failed to 'finish the job' and kill Hussein. We're there to 'settle the score' and to liberate that country of all the OIL swimming underneath its sands.

If Bush really believe we'll withdraw from Iraq by 2009, WHY is the U.S.A. building the largest embassy in the world on a 104-acre site in downtown Baghdad, overlooking the headquarters of the new Iraqi puppet government installed by the Bush administration???

Yes, we'll 'liberate' those Iraqis if we have to kill every single one of 'em in the process! After all, the U.S. is the new 'evil empire' of the Earth, and people better let us take whatever the hell we want, or else!!!
Just because we represent only 5% of the world population doesn't mean we shouldn't be allowed to squander 55% of the world's resources. After all, it's our arrogance, selfishness, greed, and power that lets us drive around in $60,000 gas-guzzling SUVs and heat $300,000 homes with six bathrooms for four occupants.
So we'll be the marauders of the planet, running ripshod over any nation that doesn't let us take what we want. We did it to the native American Indians three hundred years ago, and we'll do it to 'towel heads', non-Christians, liberals, homosexuals, welfare recipients, or anybody else that gets in our way. That's why we've established a Nazi-inspired conservative-biased media in this country that spews forth evil, hatred, and bigotry every day over the airwaves. -RKO-

What a great question!

I don't know about liberating a country by mass murder, but I think the BushRummy War was all about liberating the oil in the ground from those mean Iraqis. That and liberating Halliburton, Exxon, and Boeing from only moderate profits. Bush really knows how to liberate things (if not people)!

You have to look at both sides...Yes Iam admitting that some or many people who are innocent die everyday.....but to me a person with a weapon is a threat to me and my follow unit members....these people in Iraq use innocent people to hide behind...I personally dont have time to ask them which side they are on...Would you?....Iam very sorry that innocent people die....but if that brings home one of my brothers to his Mom iN GA ...THAN SO BE IT....If dont think I lose sleep every night than you would be wrong

Stupid question.

I take it you did not notice that this "study" was conducted by the same people who published the bogus study that claimed 100,000 people were killed as of two years ago?

And just like last time they published the study immediately prior to an election?

Are you really this naive?

I think they're mad as heck that their own people are killing them! Don't you think that the Kurds that Saddam committed genocide to and put in mass graves have families that are mad as heck? Now his loyalists are continuing since he can't!
