The singing cop was making a recording into the concealed microphone in his partner's armpit. Seeing you inspired him so much, he broke into a loud chorus of "Hey there, Georgie Girl". Thank goodness he was stopped, or he might have run over a pedestrian. I would strongly suggest you remain in your home from now on, to prevent other possibly tragic dangers caused by your public appearance.
