grandma noodles? I like to make chicken and old fashioned noodles, but mine does not come out like my grandma'

she is gone now and I can't ask her : (. does anyone have a delicious old chicken and noodle recipe? thanks.

Couple of cups of flour, enough eggs to make a stiff dough, an eggshell of cold water mixed in and a pinch of salt. Roll out thin and cut into strips. Let the strips dry out on the cutting board still in the flour you used to roll out. When the chicken os done boiling and the meat is off the bones and back in the cooking liquid...add the noodles and cook another half hour or so.

take your chicken and just almost cover and and cook until all the meat is coming off the bones then take 4 cups of amish extra wide noodles to this...you can make your own.......add the chicken back to the noodles when they are done and season with salt and pepper to taste...
