He is in an awkward situation because he can't be sure if you like him and he could very well get fired for trying to find out under the right circumstances. I don't think he will likely lose interest. He will simply give up trying. You havd gotta do something to show some interest so that he knows he has the green light to make a move.

Go talk to him. Guys like to be able to make the first move. ...but give him a green light. Don't make him afraid of talking to you. Smile back or just walk up and say hi. See how a conversation goes. If you have a full conversation, you should be able to tell if he's interested. If nothing else, give him a wave from a distance. Sometimes that can work wonders.

Just be yourself and don't be shy.. ;-) He will be more interested with you if you show that you are approachable. Maybe he's shy too. Since you guys works together why dont you befriend with him. Theres nothing wrong about that.Have a conversation with him. Talk about anything im sure you guys will enjoy each others company after that. Goodluck

The guy is supposed to make the move. When he flirts, acknowledge it and smile back.......a real genuine smile, not a half *** smirk. Shy is not a bad trait in a girl. If he doesn't talk to you, he is too shy.

The only thing you have to do is walk up to him and say hi or how are you doing every day and then you can ask him if he would like to go out to lunch or dinner one day.

It may interest him more, smile back, node your head at him, dump into him on accident, give him the *** me eyes, check him out and let him catch you at it, he'll soon approuch you... Do not be shy, have confidence, let him make his move first.

when you all ready know that you are shy, and if you will not speak, he will lose intrest then what do you want to ask us? try to over come your shyness...and he only smiles and stare but never speak...so wait for him to speak...othervise ask him some in-direct questions....anyway its all about you, nobody can help you in this..good luck
