Freedom Forum's a good place to start. They have information on various issues dealing with the Pledge, court rulings and whatnot. That aside, they DO have one article I use frequently myself that lists the history of the Pledge on the site there.

That's a good start, although if I recall right in reading it a couple weeks ago, it was a bit abbreviated. Go to Yahoo or Google or any search engine and do a search. There's LOTS of information out there when I did my own personal research on the Pledge. Learned a lot while I was at it, things I was never taught in school and feel kids should be taught about it.
Parents, too, as it probably would ease some of the arguements currently going on out there about having kids say the Pledge.
