Does anybody know the name of the game you used to play at school using a folded square peice of paper with different options inside, you pick numbers, and colours then move your fingers inside to get the the option.
eg pick blue move BLUE(4moves) then a number eg 6(6 moves)

They had different names all over. We used to call them fortune tellers
