Once you thaw meat bacteria start to build in the blood and membrane tissue of the meat, cooking it shortly after thawing renders the bacteria harmless (in most cases) ... freezing this bacteria only makes it thrive and although it will not continue to grow while frozen it does infect the meat

u can but not for long like 2 days at the most time just make sure u reheat the meat to 165 degrees or it will go bad. but it wont hurt u if u do it properly
