You will never get anywhere in life or know the opportunities you miss if you do not learn to speak up! Rejection hurts but it is a part of life. He may find it unattractive that you have some friend approach him. Take the initiative and speak up! Maybe ask if he'd like to join you for lunch sometime, very casually. If he bites look for tale tell comments or actions that show attraction and go from there.

Let him do the 1st move. If he start conversation just response as natural as possible dont be shy or trembling. If he smile at you, then smile him back. Dont be aloof coz sometimes thats the reason why men affraid to approach a girl. Just act natural.

Yes, ask your friend to go talk to him. She has had the hots for him for a long while but she knew that you thought he was cute so she did not want to do anything to upset you. Now she has an opportunity to talk to him and to show him that she really cares about him more than you ever could...

That's a childish approach...just woman up and speak to him.....get to know him...the most he could tell you is he's not interested...and that's not the worse thing in the world...at least you know where he's head is at.....but sending your friend will be a definite turn off.

No, should go over and talk to him. Invite him to drinks with your friends after work so you can get to know him a bit better.

Don't get involved with any man, in the work place. It can and probably will cause complications on your job. You don't need that.

Dont have your friend do your deeds ever. Its hotter when you can do it yourself. Also becareful with work relationships they can get you in a situation very unpleasant.
