You can lose up to 2 litres of water each night in the form of sweat. That alone weighs quite a lot, but the body also burns off fat as you sleep, and you are not replenishing that store by eating and drinking.

Water retention. Usually by the morning it will have disappeared through the skin etc. If you have a salty meal at night you might not weigh lighter as salt retains the water and you can feel quite bloated.

How much do you eat in your sleep? Your body is constantly spending energy to maintain itself. Every time your heart pumps or you take a breath, calories are spent. Your body will break down whatever energy sources it has, be it fat, glycogen or whatever to get these. As you sleep you are expending energy and your body is burning stores. If you are not replenishing these stores thru food, you will end up with less stores and that means a little less weight.

Where does the weight go? It leaves mostly thru your nose and/or mouth. When you exhale, you emit carbon dioxide. Ever wonder where the carbon comes from? It comes from the breakdown of your energy stores. In fact, you can measure your metabolism when you measure the proportions of carbon dioxide you exhale.

because we eat foods that make us weight down to that at night, so in the morning you weigh less because you didn't eat anything and if you use the restroom before you go and make a number 2...you know.

Because you spend your day eating and the food is with you most of the day. In the morning, however, you have nothing in your stomach. You've gone may 4 to 10 hours (depending on your sleep patterns) without eating.
