i need energy but i dont want to eat alot of extra carbs because im watching my weight too.

Energy pills always work for me. But only take the recomended dose or they will make you sick. I like Yellow Jackets, but it's all up to the individual.

since the body needs a lot of energy to digest food, you should take a lot of fresh fruit. fruit stays only about 30 minutes in you stomach and because of the high water content, they transport the nutritions very easy through your system. green tea will give you a boost in your metabolism and so does spicy food.

Exercise and drink alot of water and get your proper rest. Don't eat too much red meat, starch or sweets.
