I have been seing this guy for about a month now. We do everything a couple does but we are not yet a couple (go figure). Last night he started to think "bad thoughts" about me and how he "sees everything".
I know that he really cares for me but I can't get past the idea of how he thinks that I would be seeing someone else while he is on the road (he's a trucker). I work 2 jobs and the only time we spend anytime together is when he is in the city and after I get off work (which is usually pretty late). Yet he is the one who has cheated while with someone else (way before me and I've known him for a long time). Is there something wrong with this or should I just leave as he is confused about how he truly feels about me.

I'm sorry- we've been dating for about 4 months and we have known each other for the last 8 years. If that helps any of you any better- mind you the answers you are all giving me are pretty good.

Sounds as though he has insecurities from past and he may be exhibiting the same behaviors he is accusing you of. Once a cheater always a cheater in most cases. And you know what they say about those that accuse, the accuser is usually doing just what he is accusing you of. I would really do some serious soul searching on this one. Personally, I would cut my losses and move on. And God will send you someone who appreciates and respects you. Good luck and God bless

On the love, nobody know... You can take your time, but think... "this is only one live" Maybe this is the man of your live... It really that you need more time, but you first need to be sure. Take easy. Express everything that you think and feel, because the most important thing in a relation is the communication.
Sorry for mi spelling, I don't know must English...

I say, turn that rig around and haul @ss out of there.

He's insecure, and the only way to convince him is to move on.

Ease his confusion, and cut him loose.

It's obvious you don't have time for this, and you will be spending the next 10-20 yrs simply convincing him nothing is going on, or accounting for all your time when he isn't around.

It's early in the relationship and a great time to do it.

- keep on truckin'!

Truckers in general have a bad reputation for having a girl in every port (so to speak). It is probably his guilty feelings that are making him think this way, he knows he cheats on you and thinks you do the same.........Ask him if he doesn't trust himself? and is that why he is treating you this way?
You should know where you stand after that!!!

Sounds complicated for something that has only been going on for a month. Get out of it now. Too much hassle - not worth it. Dating should be fun. It's only been a month and it just sounds like a drama to me.

Do you love him? Just try and convince him that you're a good and faithful girl...Ok? I think he just needs some sort of re-assurance. Men do feel like that sometimes especially when they get down with their partner on and off. I think it's too early to start thinking of leaving him

if he's cheated in the past, and he's accusing you of cheating now, my thought is that he's the one who's cheating, or thinking about it...

it's been shown time and time again, the person who goes on an on about their partner cheating, is usualy cheating themselves...

be carefull... since you've only been seeing him a month, i would think about ending the relationship... if it's this bad to begin with, it'll only get worse...

He doesn`t see you all the time because of his and your jobs.Plus he spends most of his time with just himself. It`s easy to tink the wrong thing when it`s like that.To bad you couldn`t take a trip with him that would make him feel a lot better.

He may care for you, but he cares for himself more. When someone accuses you of cheating, its usually because they are or are thinking about it. Guilty conscience. Say goodbye before its too late.

I would really move on that sounds like trouble. Trust is a big part of a relationship doesnt sound like he has any or can be trusted.
