somebody once told me that doughnuts were so fatening and they take an abnormally long time to digest. can anyone tell me if this is true? and if they really are extrememly fatening?

WOW, yummy delicisou doughnut, i can't tell you taht it take abnormally long time to digest a doughnut but i can tell you that it is EXTREMELY FATTENING ! why i say this is
1) doughnuts are made of ?.....
2) doughnuts are covered with? ...
3) doughnuts are cooked using? ...
4) doughnuts are empty calories
5) doughnuts are snacks
and the list goes on, once in a while if you eat these doughnut its ok. Just treat yourself to a satisfiying glazed jammed filled doughnut after you run 10miles. Why not ? Cheers

A doughnut has approximately 350 calories and 20-25 grams of fat, plus around 35 grams of carbs...stay away from them they are poison to your body.

I love donuts.............just love them.
However, when I work out and watch what I eat, I can lose 6 pounds a week but when I add donuts and keep my calorie count the same, I don't lose one pound.
I thought that maybe I could eat them if I include them in my calorie count but it don't matter, chocolate and donuts puts a total stop to my weight lost.

fry a pound of bacon
pour off the fat into a jar
let it thicken
that is what you are clogging your body with

oh yea they are really fattening. they have as much calories in one as you need for a meal and the calories are all from fat and sugar ewwww
