Boy that sounds good! But I love vanilla ice cream with red velvet cake and cream cheese icing (a Southern specialty, and some of the best cake I have ever had!!!) Tastes somewhat like chocolate, and the icing is so good. Not too sweet like most icing, and the creamiest texture... YUM! (ok now I'm hungry!)
