The Way of the PEACEFUL WARRIOR teaches that we are
not allowed to show HONEST emotion. Anger, is an honest
emotion.
Our Creator gave us this ability to let an adundance of spiritual
energy out of our physical body, so it doesn't harm us. But
people are afraid they wil get hurt when we get angry, and
immediately tell us, "You can't act like that!"
Then we hold it in and it EATS US UP inside! And finally gets
released over some little, trivial matter.
We need to learn to deal with our emotions. They tell us when we
get angry, to take a deep breath. That is WRONG!
That only brings energy into the body and makes our anger
STRONGER. We need to breath in deeply, and BLOW IT OUT!

I think its healthy for people (women & men) to show emotion. If you keep things bottled up inside then one day you will just explode. I know I always feel better after a good cry or throwing darts at a picture of my ex husband!

For most people, I don't any can totally control their emotion. Their body language subconsciously will give out hints. But to answer your question, I think human should show their emotion. Many studies have found not just for psychological benifits, but the risk of heart attack and stroke and other crhonic illness increses many fold when one intentionally bottled his/her emotions.

Why wouldn't it be okay for humans to show their emotions? Showing your emotions can be a release. Bottling them up, and keeping them inside, is only a danger to your mental or physical health.

Why would we have them if we were not supposed to show them? Our emotions should not control us or our power to make a right decision.
