If you can't see it most likely she doesn't. But if you see unusual drainage, or green snot that signals an infection and you need to get medical attention. If you smell something funny that is also a sign. Whatever you do don't try to remove it by yourself, you could end up shoving it farther up there. Hold one of her nostrils closed and ask her to blow her nose really hard, hopefully the bead will come out. If you really suspect it's there you should go see a doctor, just in case.

I am 22 now and I can still remember a purse I had when I was 4, which was covered with little tiny beads. I picked one off, and for some unknown reason I thought it would be fun to snort one up my nose. I just blew and blew and eventually (about 3 days later) it shot out

If you are unsure, you need to call an ambulance immediately. They will send a paramedic bike. A small object like a bead could work its way to her lung and could be fatal. Ask her to slowly and carefully breathe through her mouth, DO NOT put anything into her nose or air ways, or attemp to trace or dislodge the item.

Err on the side of caution.

All the best.

My daughter stuck a button up her nose about three weeks ago, she kept telling me this button was up her nose, but I couldn't see it so I dismissed it. She still kept telling me, then I noticed her nose was bleeding slightly, I realised then, she was telling the truth, got the tweezers and tried to pull it down, only the tweezers kept sliding off the button. So I pinched the top of her nose and made her blow her now really hard, and the button shot out.

All the best.

You will need to take her to the doctor. My niece stuck a piece of a balloon up her nose and my sister-in-law had no idea until my nieces breath and nose had an awful smell. She was always sticking things up her nose. The gum was the worst.

Maybe try to feel for it. This happen to my niece, she stuck one of those pencils with the removal lead in her nose and the top of the pencil (were the lead goes in) got stuck. If you can't feel for it, you should definatly bring her to the doctor. Eventually that's what we had to do and they pulled it out with no problems, it didn't even hurt her but that all depends on how far up it went.

Try a shining a penlight up her nostril. And if she gets a sinus/respiratory infection in the next 2 wks, or if she starts to smell yucky, take her in ASAP.

Well if you can't see it, DO NOT go poking around to find it as you will push it further in and may cause damage. An X-ray is the only sure way to find out.
