confined to indoors more often contrary to popular belief you dont get sick from going out i the cold wearing no coat or having wet hair outside you need to have a bug first like a virus or bacteria starting already if so going out and getting cold helps the bug take hold faster but if yu eat right and WASH your hands a lot you wont get sick as much

Because of the air, cold air is responsible.
Drink warm fluids instead of cold fluids.
We are enclosed in heated homes that blow heat and put allergens in the air, carpets contribute to alot of sickness.
Just keep air clean, boil some water and put a tablespoon of clorox in it to purify your environment.

Less fresh air and more people in confined spaces. Another observation would be runny noses. Our noses run more when the weather gets cooler. When our noses run, we wipe them, causing more germs to be brought nearer the nose and mouth and onto our hands to spread to the world. I bet that I'm right. Do you want to shake on it ?
