Erm...How do you " 'halal' the meat" (sic)?

How can you force someone into cannibalism anyhow?

If you were starving to death on an island with nothing else to eat except your compatriot who is dead, then yes, the meat would be halal to you.

Muslims are allowed to eat pork to save their life, if there is nothing available and if they are going to starve to death if they do not eat anything. I doubt any Muslim would eat another human being. That never happened in the history even under duress.
