I came to USA with K-1 Fiancee visa . That time the name on my passport from Malaysia is my original name! And after that I get married and applied for my greencard. The name shown is my husband name....now my question is I plan to visit my parent in Malaysia pretty soon! I would like to know whether it be a probelm when I fly abord and pass through the INS station in the state? SAs the name in my passport and name in my greencard is different? I mean the last name is different!! I hope someone can help me urgent!!! Thanks

I already have my greencard year ago! So I think I don't have any problem to go oversea then :> anyway with some of the suggestion provide by you all I did contact my consulate from my country and now i just need to wait for their reply! I think for secure i might need to bring my copy of my marridge certificate right?

You can go with your passport , but need a Visa too .
I doesn't matter if you already carry your husbands name .
You will travel with your passport .
When you come back to the US , they will go bey your green card .
If you are in the middle of processing your paperwork with INS , you will need their permission to travel overseas .
You are not supposed to leave the country .

All you need to do is bring with you in addition to the passport and the green card is an original marriage certificate. You should contact your embassy/consulate and find out how long it takes to change your passport. If it is long then ask them if they can issue an official letter from them stating that both names are the same person. I do not think you will have any problems traveling.
