In my experience, most men cheat because their wives have "held back" on sex.

there is no straight answer for this question, what many fail to understand is that culture, behaviour and believes all come into play. in some cultures its acceptable and expected that a man will have a mistress, in others, a woman is not considered marriageable until she has proven she can bare children. i know of many men who cheated on their wife's because their father had done it, and if it was good enough for him, i was good enough for them. all people must learn that adultery is adultery and is not acceptable before it will be stopped, we have not even considered the emotional side, or the fact that we are drawn out by our own desire when it comes to the opposite sex. then to you have to consider that no one person has the same sex drive,as a another, some are quite happy only partaking of things sexually once a week, while others need it nightly. so men who cheat on woman should examine all parts of their make up, and ask themselves why, banning marriage is not the answer, doing all things out of love and respect is the only way to go.

We should encourage and learn to spiritualise love.
Sacred marriage, conjugal sex are the foundation of strong, happy and prosperous families. If marriage is banned, the rational man will become irresponsible like an animal.
Only cheating is the propblem. But this problem can also be solved by love. How a truly loving husband can cheat his wife!

Encouraging love will hide all faults and eliminate the need to ban sex or marriage. True love will eliminate the need for a man to cheat on his wife.

Sometimes women cheat on their husbands. Should we encourage marriage, encourage sex ? Or just ban love?
For the record, sex with one other than your spouse is just that. People that look outside of their marriage are getting lust & sex....not love.

People make mistakes when it comes to matters of the heart sometimes. The mistake can be that they married the wrong person. Encourageing love is the best suggestion. Banning those other things just restricts our freedom to correct those mistakes.

Encouraging love is always the best answer. However, people should try to learn about themselves and know themselves well enough to know if marriage is the right thing for them. I think too many times we aren't fully understanding all that is involved.

Or maybe ban human nature? Encourage love, of course.

What I am getting from you thus far this morning as that you got drunk, hooked up with some skank, wrecked your car, and run your wife off. So now to please yourself you either want to ban sex or ban beer and refuse to take responsibility for the choices that you've made. So should society ban you from taking part in everything?
