I believe in personal responsibility and the includes the bars responsibility that they have placed on themselves serving alcohol as well as the responsibility of the person who drinks. There are lots of taxi companies that will offer free rides on certain known 'party' nights like St. Patty's Day and New Years and if you think about it a taxi isn't going to be that expensive compared to the cost of killing someone with your car. Either you should establish a designated driver that you know is responsible and/or make arrangements with a taxi company to have you picked up. And if a person doesn't arrange that it is actually the bar owners and bartenders responsibility to make sure the drunk person doesn't get into a car and drive, it's the law in NYS.

Lil' interesting FYI. The state of Pennsylvania has a ban on beer and wine purchases from corner stores and gas stations. You can only get liqour from a state store and beer from a beer store or you can go to a restaurant and get beer to carry out for an outrageous price. Example a six pack of MGD will cost about $5,but for carry out you pay $11. If anyone from PA is wondering where I was at in PA, I was in King of Prussia just outside of Philly.

They should just ban stupid people from entering the bar. And this is perfectly applicable - anybody can spot idiots in bars. The problem is for the bar business. And that can be solved just as easy - put the idiots to pay for the beer they wanted to drink before being denied.

Yes, and a Star Trek type device that checks your alcohol level like a metal detector as you start to walk out the door, so a taxi would be notified automatically for you.

They should enforce the laws we already have in place. If you drink and drive I believe you should be tried for attempted murder no matter what. If you were drinking and shooting a gun at people you would be. What's the difference in driving a 2000 pound plus vehicle around people? You can not legislate morality in people but you can control dangerous people with no morals.

None of these needs to be abandoned, the law is already justified driving cars and using taxies and alcohol laws.

the known 2 have it precise. Whiskey is obviously a sturdy decision, in my opinion. it quite is mixed with very virtually some element, or drank instantly up. i like to drink it on the rocks, or a jack and coke. i might evade baileys or those style of beverages. they seem kinda girly. He might get teased.

don't be stupid in the 1st place on drinking and if you are, don't drive. if we ban beer, smuggling occurs and it gets chaotic. it should depend on the person getting in the car: do they value their life?

Is it okay if I take the stairs and go to the kitchen to get another Corona? If I hurt myself, I won't be back for a while.
