did you try the non-lactose milk? if you hate milk altogether, then do what I did: soy milk(it taste better than most people think!) that's enhanced w/additional vitamins/minerals(depending on the brand of soy milk, this version has more vitamins/minerals as cow's milk!), and fortified orange juice. You can also get calcium from some fruits/veggies(I think green leafy veggies are the best source). But most importantly don't forget to take your prenatal vitamins! Milk is not the only source to get calcium from(the dairy companies just want you to think it is!)
Hoped I helped!

I used to heat it up and drink it now I drink it chilly, i think of your son now no longer needs milk, it wont be a foul element if he doesnt drink milk, through fact he might get each and all the mandatory calcium by using different supplies like Yoghurt/cereal bars. i think its the time he doesnt like milk, and merely enable him get on with it, dont stress him, attempt an decision like orange juice or warm chocolate... that incorporates milk. desire thats ok. shop the milk going.. i admire my milk!!

Soy milk, rice milk, brocolli and other vegetables (but you have to eat a lot) tinned salmon and sardines because they contain the bones of the fish softened, therefore, easily absorbed. There are heaps of sites on the net where you could get information about diet and calcium. Try Googling it.

Lots of leafy greens, like spinach, kale, chard, brussels sprouts, the dark greens are best, but not regular iceberg lettuce, because it's mostly water & fiber. Think about it, cows make milk which is loaded with calcium and what do they eat to make that calcium? grass & leaves! You can also eat sardines (with the bones too) if you can stomach them.

Some fruits and vegetables that are high in calcium include kale, collard greens, bok choy, broccoli, and oranges. Other calcium-rich foods that are low in saturated fat include calcium-treated tofu and cooked dried beans. Foods that are fortified with added calcium, such as soy milk, juices, cereals, and pasta, are also excellent sources of calcium
