I would like to know as much as possible about the 'start' of a cancerous cells, how do they spread in the body? what difference on a cellular level there is against a normal? Under the microscope what do they look like? What about the DNA what is the difference? What is the main difference bewteen cancerous nad normal cells on all levels. Any info will be more than welcome Thanks

Just use a search engine, and concentrate on the sites that have .org or .edu behind them.
