im sick of i tunes forever having problems from not opening to forgetting who i am and my password so im looking for a good music player for my pc.something to store my music on and the more things i can do with it the better, but not too complicated,and the cheaper the better (isnt it always).also it doesn't have to be compatable with an ipod, any ideas please

I use windows media player to play music & it's free. You can take your ipod tunes & open with windows media player.

Which operating system?
For Windows, i've been reccomended (but never used) foobar player. I also didn't have any problems with Windows Media Player.

I find MediaMonkey an excellent player with features for both beginners and advanced users.
Also a wide range of plug-ins are aailable.
