Just about everything. I just read of a successful brain transplant between 2 monkeys. Most organs can be transplanted. If you can get nerve endings to match up, you can transplant limbs too (But prosthesis is usually performed).

Probably most, except for pancreas, bowels, and brain. But is a life with a transplant worth it? And do we want to live our life, or someone else's?
