try the easy, inexpensive natural treatment I recommend here. In fact, I just read this yesterday. Before then, I did not know there was anything that helped growth.

See my answer here (long one towards the end).

Also milk is not good as the high protein causes one to excrete calcium which is needed for growth (It is actually correlated with causing rather than preventing osteoporosis). This treatment works positively on calcium levels and how it is processed.

Even if it doesn't help, it has multiple health benefits, especially if taken with raw honey.
Good luck!

Well as for growing, everyone grows at different rates. Types of food that will help fuel the cells for growth are high protein foods. Protein is the building blocks of cells. You must eat a well balanced meal though trying to incorporate a little more high protwein foods. The rate at which you grow will probably not increase but you will grow. Just be patient. Genes are what will determine your height. Find out the tallest relative in your family and the shortest and you'll fall somewhere in that range.

I don't know how old you are, or how tall. But your genetics play a large role in your eventual height. In the meantime, drink milk and eat calcium rich foods, avoid smoking, it retards growth. Get plenty of exercise. Walking and stair climbing are excellent, or competitive sports. Not all sports require great height. The main thing is to be up and doing something, not sitting in front of a computer or tv all day. Eat good nutritional foods and avoid junk food. Consult your doctor if you have further questions. And don't take the jokesters that tease you seriously. Height does not necessarily make might. Your brain can make you tall in many people's opinion if you exercise it to it's full capacity. Good luck.

Enjoy being small people will always protect you, remember you can always make yourself taller but you can't make yourself smaller, make the most of it!

Sorry just looked at your photo properly thought you were a girl with pigtails the first time I looked, ignore my previous answer, poor you try that hanging upside down thing or the eat and swim thing, or maybe all of the answers!

P.S Sons are always taller than their mother so you will end up at least that tall.

There's no surefire way of getting taller. Sure, proper nutrition plays a part- vegetables and milk. However, perhaps it would be best to become comfortable with your size.

I am myself quite short, 174cm. I was the third shortest in my army unit, but this is in Scandinavia, where people are tall. If you think being short is an issue, move abroad to a place where people are shorter. I was surprised when people commented that I was tall in Australia, but they tended to be shorter over there so I was tall in comparison.

I used to be extremely shy as well, my best advice is just talk to people the way you would want a friend to talk to you, so talk to everyone like they're your friends. The clothes thing depends on your style, I like dark stuff and music is my life so I get everything from Hot Topic. The two biggest stores in malls for people at about high school age to get clothes from are Hot Topic and Abercrombie and Fitch, just get whatever fits your style. To be outgoing you just gotta do stuff without exactly planning it. And for the panic attacks, just try not to worry about things as much, just keep everything around you mellow and if something starts bugging you just kinda drift away cooly.

Learning to spell would be a BIG help. It's SMALLER, not samler or samll.

There is nothing that is going to make you taller. No drugs, no vitamins, no supplements, no exercises. Nothing. It's genetic. There is no way to know till you are about 21 and no way to get there any faster.

Your height is genetically predetermined.

Which only means that you can't "DO" anything to make yourself taller than what your genes are programmed for.

But, everybody has something about themselves that they are uncomfortable with. EVERYBODY.

So, try to love yourself for who you are.

Sometimes it's hard to get over feelings of inferiority to people who you think have what you wish you did.

But it does help to remember they also feel that way sometimes about other things too.

Take care

My cousin was always the shortest in his class, today he's 6'3 and looks down on his old classmates.

Eat healthy foods, take care of your body and be proud of yourself.
