depends on what you 2 want... usually the spring summer months/ Valentines Day/ and Christmas time are the most expensive times and harder to get a place to have it....my husband and I got married on Oct 23 (2004) and I planned the whole wedding in 2 weeks so..i guess i'm trying to say when you think the time is right

it varies for individual. whenever they are ready cause there's so many things to look into - finances, roof under our head, etc etc. no particular age as long as both can come to a compromise cause everyone expectations are different.
