Depending on the marriage contract. If the woman did put the divorce right in her hand (called "ossma"), she can simply divorce her husband by saying so. If the man has the divorce right, she has to go to the court. Usually men have this "ossma" right, but since marriage is a contract, they can agree on specific conditions when signing the papers.

very simple they can go to muslim juge and raise to him their problem if it was fair they can get divorce easlily with thier all complete rights,
