On my grandfather's birth certificate (born 1863) it has his mother's name as Eliza Hobson, formerly Soliague. The name Soliague is very unusual and I wondered if anyone knows where it might be from, it's history etc. My grandfather's birth was registered in the district of Mile End Old Town in the County of Middlesex. Thank you.

I found Eliza SOLIAGUE with Eliza Hobson. Her son, Luke,
is down the street (Household 2).
