SalC; If you didn't like the way I worded my question, you didn't have to answer. I prefer to hunt with a bow, Although I have hit three deer, as overpopulation is a problem where I live. But to ask if that is how I hunt is rather ignorant. Ever compare the cost of a tag to that of a car.

Well in the land of free speech we get the opportunity to grow from listening to dissenting views. I haven't heard the PETA argument against hunting. But did butcher two deer last night with my dad and husband. I LOVE venison. What could be wrong with harvesting???
I wouldn't recommend hitting a deer in your car, it is dangerous.

I hunt, I have raised my kids to hunt as well, YOU do not speak for me or my family, nor MANY others that I know of, calling names and acting childish like you have here only gives more fuel to the PETA types by using you as an example of ignorance. Please do us all a favor and don't attempt to speak for hunters rights anymore.There's something called respect, that has to be shown on both sides of an issue, obviously the PETA types show very little respect to hunters, but does it make it all better to act the EXACT SAME WAY they do? Of course not......

I don't know. I see nothing wrong w/ hunting as long as you use what you kill.

i have issues w/ PETA too, but calling names is jerky. i never hit a deer. is that how you hunt? :)
