I try and do one good deed each day. Today it was for a family member.

I gave my nephew $50 because he has non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and is not allowed to work until he is finished with chemotherapy. He is only 22 years old and has a 9-month old child. Each person in our family is giving him $50 this month, toward his expenses (and the baby's).

I volunteer in a soup kitchen once a week. That's been an ongoing thing for almost three years now. I rescued a starving cat this month. Just took her in for her checkup and shots yesterday. She is a sweetie and a nice addition to our family. (-:

I give a monthly donation to a group who teaches special needs children horseback riding for physical therapy.
I also work as a technician in a hospital and consider helping ill people, no matter what the job position, as doing "good works" to help others.

I do something for Muslims every day. I show them the errors in the Koran so they can see the truth. If they reject the truth, then that's up to them, but at least I'm doing my part to show them the truth.
