This is a very deep yet aparently simple question. What fills my heart with joy and I have already received alhamdulellah is the visit of my nephews. I love them and I am spending great time playing with them and sharing them their little thiings and innocent souls. They are 7 and 5. Deeply what will touch me spiritually is the Quran. Sometimes when you are reading you come across an aya (verse) that goes straight to your heart and touch your inner soul. I hope to come across on of those verses today or understand a verse I used to get one way in a completely new light. Peace

You are not a human being in search of a spiritual experience, you are a spiritual being immersed in a human experience.

This is why your innermost being will always long for true peace, but because humanity wants earthly and tangible creations, peace is denied. So thats what I want - peace. This could even come in the form of something as insignificant as a smile from my neighbour.....

Er, the 75 million Euro jackpot would probably cheer me up a bit!

But, Like Marcus Aurelius, I begin every day expecting to deal with idiots, Liars and cheats, and I am seldom disappointed.

What will fill my heart with joy?

Spending some time with my small beast before I go to work. Seeing my friends at work and making all of my sales goals. Spending time with my beloved when I get home.

That's about it. I'm not difficult to please.

I just want the people I love near me, and to do my best at what I need to do.

As I have chronic pain, I would like to be able to get throyugh the day, with little to no pain. How I feel physically, and mentally, has everything to day with how my day goes. Today I feel will be a good day. And I will spend it getting to know the Lord better. Everyday, I get closer to knowing about Him, and this can only be a good thing for me.

My heart will be filled with joy when I hear news that 2 of my friends partners have learnt to treat my friends as they deserve to be treated When love means love not that someone wants something from you.
