Yes, of course, I took a look from time to time to the others Yahoo Answers and it's very fruitful and not only to the attitude of the UK or USA people thinking and mentality. By the way,I live in Europe (but not in UK) and I am spending more time on USA Yahoo Answers, merely because here you can find more varied questions.Very good question and your English is even much, much better than many US participants ( no offense). Have a great time!

I'm French, and have started answering questions on the American version. Actually, the American Canadian, UK, and Australian are all grouped together on the American one. If you go to the UK one, you won't get American questions (except if they go to the UK website), but you'll get answers from Americans.
I think that's a bit stupid as things are done differently from one English-speaking country to another. They should be able to choose.
And yes, you're right, it's nice to see how people think differently from ine country to another. I wish there were a French-Canadian version!

I am American. I tried to go on the UK board but I believe the UK and America share a board. Perhaps because we all speak English. Unfortunately I do not speak any other language but English. I would love to go on other boards but I am handicapped in that regard. I think highly of France and the French by the way. My ancestors were French.

Salut! I do as well, not been on the French one as my french is pretty rusty but I go on YA Espana. I used to live in Spain and it helps me practice, I miss it! Having bother with accenting some letters though but I am still understood.

I am English and often visit the American site to see what foolishness they are up to. I do visit the French and Italian sites but my second best language is Greek and they have no site.
