They are real, and what I did was find Jesus Christ, not religion. And I did begin living differently. Now I live like a child of God, and life is better than I could ever have imagined.
But think about this... If I am wrong, and there is no heaven or hell, the only thing that happened is that I became a better person, and more pleasant to be around, with more friends.
If you are wrong, and there really is a heaven and hell, you take the chance on living an eternity in hell.
Is this a chance you are willing to take?

If I found out that Heaven and Hell were real I would do my best to find out what one needed to do to go to the best of the two.
After all a goodly portion of religions have some kind of concept of a here-after, how I chose to live would depend on which religion I thought had the "True" answer.

If I found out that Heaven and Hell was real there is nothing to do but believe it cause after all you found out it was real. I would not find religion but salvation and Jesus Christ our savior and I would definitely live a better life knowing I have someone that will help me.

I'm a Catholic but I don't really believe in either place.Instead I like to believe that everybody comes back again to live their life until they learn their lesson. If I found out that they existed,I'd be happy to know there's a Heaven and terrified to realise there's a Hell.I've tried to commit suicide so it would most certainly be Hell and punishment for me.I'd keep on living the way I am coz all I can do is try to get it right and if I fail- well then I'll just have proven that I'm human.

I do think there is a heaven and hell. I do my best to live right, but I don't think just living differently is what it is all about. If you look to the sky, and around you. This world got here, and we are here for a reason. I also believe there is a God, and he was the most beautiful painter there ever was.

the devil knows heaven and hell are real
"the demons believe and tremble"
some of the problem is being sure of the reality of the situation... but not all of it.. some is about the inclination of the heart to love truth or not and that takes a mountain of grace
the imposrtant thing is not merely to know truth, but to love it, lean on it and be transformed by it. Like it says in Thessalonians "they did not recieve the love of truth so as to be saved" love of truth is something fallen humans must recieve as a gift from God

I would feel comforted that all those religious leaders who exploited the word of God for thier own selfish reasons were going to burn in hell forever, men like, George W Bush, The pope's, the shieks, Ann Coulter, Condi Rice, Muslims, the riligious right in America....I could go on and on and on.
