Sure, you'll lose some weight. Although, when you do start eating again, your body will still be on survival mode meaning your metabolism will be very low and any food you put in your body will make you gain weight because your body will not be able to process it as it once could.
I suggest eating 6 small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism up. Do cardio exercises daily, like taking a long, brisk walk for 30 minutes.
Good luck!

Yes you will lose, probably a couple of pounds, but that will be mostly water that you have lost, so the moment you start eating again, your body will retain water again. You might even lose some muscle, but hardly any fat. Plus, after your week, your metabolism would be so slow that anything you eat will be used up *very* slowly, and you might even find that you've gained weight once you start eating properly again!
Try exercising and eating lots of fruit and veggies!

Yes you will lose weight, but at the cost of your health and energy. That's very, very dangerous.
Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.
Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.
He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.
Hope that helps.

yes you will lose a few pounds...nothing drastic tho. plus it will take a real toll on your vital organs. Not eating makes your body store fat ( a way to protect itself ) you need to eat 3 healthy meals a day and at least two healthy snacks...plus drink plenty of water and exercise 3 to 4 times weekly. this will make you lose weight and get your body in great shape for life

Ofcourse you woudl but that is a very stupid and unhealthy thing to do. After a week though you'd most likely end up in the hospital.

Yep, you'll surely lose weight, but you'll also be very undernourished... Without proper nourishment, your brain will be affected, damaging your brain cells... brain cells do not generate... So, your way of thinking will also drop notches... I hope that's just a question you wanna ask, and not do it yourself... very NOT advisable if you want to go on a diet....

Yeah ... you could lose your life. 7 days is way to long for a fast .... your body will start to actually digest parts of itself to make up for the needed food .... can cause perminent damage!
Use a sensible diet, exercise, and I use the ApplePatch Diet to boost my gains. You can pick them up at : http://www.applepatchdiet.com/pc4466/

I suppose you will, but eating is very important too. You need other sources in your body besides water
