just be wonderful to her, hold her hand, tell her how gorjis she looks, open the door for her etc. if you wana make it exciting, play footsie footsie with her under the table at dinner, make moves on her in the movie, and instead of just a goodnight kiss, press against her against the car and show her you mean it!!
P.S. wear something nice

I don't know how old you are. This is adult advise. Fix her dinner, light some nice scented candles, rose petals on the bed and a wonderful massage. Let her know you are there for her if she needs to talk and you just want to give her some down time so she can relax and not be so stressed out. Just give her an evening where she doesn't have to do anything she doesn't feel like doing. I know that's something I would appreciate.

Offer to cook her favorite meal or take her to a place that serves it.
Write her a love letter expressing how much you love her.
Get some white carnations and have them "dipped" or spray painted in her favorite color. Most floral places do this. Give them to her at dinner or before you go out.
Write her a love poem.
Offer a full body massage with warm oils and relaxation candles around her.
Run a hot bubble bath for her with candles around the tub and just let her soak in it while you make her dinner.
Above all else just reassure that you love her and that she is the most important thing in your life right now.

you need to plan everything. girls likes surprises. so you need to plan everything from the time you pick her up to the time you take her home. why dont you start out by picking her up, and when she comes to asnwer the door, have a single red rose with you, and give it to her. then take her to dinner. to a place where its not to noisey. because if it is too noisey, then you and her wont be able to talk and hear each other. you dont have to go to a francy resturant, but to a nice one is ok too. make reservations if you want, ask if you can have a private table somewhere. that way, it would be just you and her. let her order whatever she wants. remember to pull her chair for her and everything like that. be a gentleman that night. let her say to you, " wow, you never pull my chair out for me before." or " wow, you never open the car door for me before." if she says something like that, lean in , give her a kiss on the lips, or the cheek ( which ever one you prefer ), and say something that will just melt her, something like, " i should have done this a long time ago. " show her that you appreciate her, that you love her, and that you care for her. like you said, you havent been on a date in a long time, so now is the time that you can really show her that you love her. i dont know where you live at, but after dinner take her somewhere that both of you will have fun. the whole dinner and a movie to me is kinda out of date. i want to go somewhere after dinner that would be fun. ohhh, if this was around xmas time, then you could drive around town looking at the houses that are decorated with lights and she can ohhh and awww at it. but its not xmas time yet. but do you kinda get the point of what im saying about what to do after dinner???? but if she likes to go to the movie, then by all means, take her to the movie. then end the night, by walking her up to her door, and give her a nice sweet good night kiss that she will be thinking about all night as she sleeps. i hope this advice works.

Make sure you don't add any pressures. We all get stressed out but if we can get away for a while it helps alot. Try not to talk about what has stressed her out unless it is something that she is willing to talk about. Let her know that this is her night and allow her to make some of the choices for the evening.

Smell nice, look good and relax.....You need to be confident. that way, she too will have some.
Look for a spot where both of you love to hang out so that way, the pressure to perform won't set in. Buy a gift that would dazzle her senses but keep it sweet and simple. If you must have a cocktail, don't let it be more than 2 so that way, both of you will still be in shape. Compliment her without being patronising.

Go to a haunted house and then back to your place or her place and carve pumpkins. If she is in a playful mood, toss around the guts at each other. Make a mess and have fun as if you were little kids again.
