If she just take off what could happn. Or if we had kids and she go back to her county would I have to pay child if I didnt do nothing wrong.

not exactly going to be a good marriage of your already thinking about her leaving? maybe your prepearing for the worst but i dont think a marriage could survive if theyre was no faith in it in the first place? you get what im saying?

I think you should probably rethink getting married. You obviously have some reservations about this person and it would only do more harm than good if you decided to make her your wife for life. That's what those wedding vows mean - LIFE.
If you insist on marrying her, lots of things could happen. If you had kids, of course she could go back to her country. You would be responsible for child support, of course.
So, think again - is this REALLY what you want for the rest of your life?

Boy are you opening pandora's box. Yes she could take the kids and either hide from you or sue for child support. There was even cases of men being drugged and a handful being killed by the girls boyfriend while they're emptying his bank account.
You should work on your social skills and look for a women here in the U.S. and not someone from another country which can end in disaster.

You have to watch out for all the same thigns you should watch out for in any other relationship. Honestly, if you're even considering marrying her, this shouldn't be an issue. You should already trust her enough and have a secure enough partnership that these things don't cross your mind. If you're worried about this type of issue, call it off now.

Seriously, it's not different then any other relationship. But I would seriously doubt that someone from china would go back.
She would stay here and take your child support like an american!!
