The suggestion from Steph is a good one. Pimples are basically infected pores and getting the infection out is really important. I use a cotton swab soaked in toner or witch hazel and gently press on the pimple after applying the warm wash cloth. You can also use hydrogen peroxide. Do not squeeze the pimple or roughly scrub your face as this can lead to scarring which is permanent. I apply dabs of neosporin to my pimples to speed the healing.
If someone says something to you about your pimples tell them that they have something hanging out of their nose or a long dark hair on their chin or even better tell them that they smell. This has the delightful effect of causing those nasty rude people to focus inward and obsess about themselves instead of being mean to you. My other advice is never announce that you have a pimple, if you don't bring attention to it often no-one notices it. Let's face it, we ALL get pimples - anyone who says that they don't is delusional.

I feel so sorry for you. I had acne as a kid in H/S too. The way mine was cured was to go to Texas for the summer, the UV light in the bright sun killed the bacteria. It is a acne bacteria problem. the only thing that kept it away when I got back still works for me to day. Anti bacterial soap. Try a good wash once in the morning and at night, get your mom or who ever, to buy you some good name brand anti bacterial soap, this should show good results in about a week to a month. Good hot sun on the face also helps, but now it's getting to be winter, I know. You could carefully try a tanning booth just for your face,, Very limited exposure. but at least try the a-b soap. it works for me. C.
also, don't use that oxy untill your skin heals, it will make the apearence worse, wait about 3 days.
urine does kill bacteria, but I think the Anti bac soap is better.

Well, first up take Antibiotics : Doxycycline 100Mg * 3 times a day just for 2 days .
After this, Option 1:
If you can get an Antibiotic Cream (Erythromycin Creme ,apply it over the acne) .
Option 2:
Use a Retinoid based Cream (Retin-A)
Option 3:
Use a Hydrophase Cream (Brevoxyl)
I am not sure whether you get them over the counter in the USA.
But where i live, all this is over the counter.

This works, My daughter fights this same problem! She doesn't want to go to school with them either.
At night I cleans her face good scrubbing the whole face, especially any pimples, first if they are ready to bust, we bust them, without breaking the skin, wash your hands before.
Then we apply alochol it kills bacteria and dries helps dry up the pimple. yes it burns but, you can fan it with your hand, then get the blow drier, and blow dry them, do not burn your face but get it as hot as you can. The heat kills bacteria and dries up the pimple. Then if you have any apply some acne fighting cream to the pimples. They will be red , but come morning they will be better, a lot better. Do this every night till you get rid of them, and then, do it as they come up. She also takes Vitiman C, and drinks water.
You will be amazed by the first morning. any that are not drying up still need to be busted, then follow the above steps. Do this only at night, because this gives you face a chance to heal and the redness to go away. Try it, you will see results. She went from bad acne to a clear face in about 7 days, then we dealt with them as they came. Good Luck.

YOU SHOULD NEVER PUT TOOTHPASTE ON YOUR FACE!!! Unless you have plaque problem! Seriously though, that is just a myth and you are going to make your face HORRIBLE if you continue to do this!
Get some acne stuff from the store. I use Oil of Olay products and I think they are wonderful!

Do NOT splash aftershave on it unless you want to experience extreme pain!! Do NOT cover with tons of make-up unless you don't want this problem to ever go away!!
Keep your face clean and leave them alone! They will clear up. If not, go see a dermatologist who can prescribe you something that actually works instead of all these home remedies that are obviously not doing you any good.
Good Luck :)

u gonna listen to steph... u gonna die. Just trust me on this one... The toothpaste thing helps. DO NOT POP the pimple, DO NOT TOUCH IT. The best way you can do is to apply lots of mascara or face powder on your face, i mean lots, enough to make ur face looks white. When you get home, use hot or warm water to wash your face, a super clean cloth with cold water and wash your face. DO that for like freakiin 20 times, i promise it helps.. PLEASE for your own sake, carry a bottle of water with you, DRINK WATER!!! it helps to release to toxins in your body.
