Frank YES ITS FREE.
But I doubt if it will be for much longer. These laws are coming in free and fast to restrict us from having freedom. It used to be that in Britain we were allowed to demonstrate. Now we have to have permission. The powers that be are trying to screw down religions so that people won't have freedom to wear what they wish. People can't smoke if they want to (not that i like smoking) Ohhhhh they are allowed to smoke weed though lol makes em passive. So I think you should cut scripture quoters some slack. You don't have to read it. LETS BE FREE AS LONG AS WE CAN. XX
Actually this has given me a yen to start quoting, JUST COS I CAN IF I LIKE MWHA HA HA HA HA HA
FLIPPIN ECK FRANK I WAS JUST ANSWERIN THE OTHER QUESTION AND YOU TOOK IT OFF. MY OTHER ANSWER WAS SIDE SPLITIN

Sometimes it is necessary in order to answer a question, expecially when people misquite scripture or use it out of context. As far as door knocking is concerned, once in a while, just once in a while, the person who answers the door may be desperate to hear what you have to say, but not know how to get in contact. All those rejections and slammed doors are worth it if even one or two find the answers they are searching for.

Hear, hear!!! Totally agree - no-one should have religion rammed down their throats. Quoting scriptures doesn't get any attention anyway , not with me, I just pass over those answers. I also don't agree with people knocking on my door and spouting religion at me. My home is my private place and I don't respect anyone invading it. Sometimes I have to be on the point of rudeness to get rid of them. I am not anti-religious by the way as I am a spiritualist.

well, i have no clue as to what EXACTLY you are referring to, but at least these people do have SOURCES for their answers.... and something to back themselves up with.... whether you agree or not...
however, i think what you are getting at is that you wish people would be able to express themselves in their own words as well.... just as you are doing... and show that they truly understand what they are talking about, and not merely quoting... because it does happen to make one feel as though they are being looked down upon by the quoter... which is interesting, considering if it were any other quote, one would generally not feel this way... interesting...
if you are under the religion section, that is probably going to be the way it is there, so i recon, you should just get used to it or else not post there. sorry, just honest.

I generally do not cut and paste unless the scripture is fairly short. Long answers generally get skipped over by me as well.

I agree the thing is people are so brainwashed in to what they read in those story books, and that is all they are written by a man in his words not Gods
