I work on a 3rd shift crew putting up stock in a market. I have had a small thing for the department head for almost 6 months now. I work for another person, not him directlly. He does write my schedule though we never work the same shifts. I am getting transferred soon and I was hoping to make my move but, if he says no I don't think I could take it. I also don't need him blabbing it all over if he says no. Now if he says yes I am willing to be on his terms of how he wants to handle it. Should I take that chance?
