there's nothing wrong with being curvy!If your legs and arms are your best features then why not show them off in a sexy mini and a nice top that'll show off your arms?And your boobs might not grow so how about trying some bra inserts or something?
Sorry,got off track there haha a good diet tip is to eat off small plates it tricks your mind into thinking you've eaten heaps cos you've eaten everything off your plate,also,if you're craving chocolate eat snack size

Try a low carb and high protein diet and drink plenty of water throughout the day. I have lost 25lb since June following this diet.

i think just eat in moderation cut back on big meals but dont deny yourself anything cus u will just want it more,hava little something of everything.
i think u can eat what you want as long as u exercise daily-if u dont like exercising get a exercise dvd thats fun and wont make u feel like your working out-like a dance dvd i love angela griffiths dance workout its a laugh,u tone up but dont feel like youve sweated your guts out! good luck x

for big boobs eat amuoose and to gain weight just eat bananas and all oily food for reducing ur *** and thighs eat carrot and drink water........drink 8 glasses of water early morning

usually, eat less than 500 calories a day. when u chew your food- chew well- it breaks it down easier. do plenty of exercise; i recommend you to use wats called the lateral thigh trainer
