give him a quick look with a hint of a smile and then look away. then slowly look back and do it again. if he haas gotten the message he will make his way over to you. if he hasnt then you give up because he isnt getting it. or try a more direct approach try biting ur lower lip and looking at him but dont do anything too direct because there is the possiblity that hes just not that into you. any way u know if he is if he is either looking at you all the time or has smiled at u first but try my suggestions any way

Show attention by asking about him, his hobbies, interests, etc. Not only will you get to know him, but by spending time with him, you'll also be able to share more about yourself to him. dont be over flirtatious see if he likes you back you will soon tell!
if he doesnt respond move on to someone else.
just talk to him, about his interests and yours see what you have in common etc.
just dont be interested in something because he is.
invite him out with you and your friends unless you already hang around together! then work your magic!

just get to know him ask him about his weekend, tell him jokes. then to flirt you just laugh at his jokes, flatter him, run your fingers through your hair. but basically just be natural and if he likes you he will pick it up.
