Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??
There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.
This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.
I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.
This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.
So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

If you want to lose weight fast try this for 2 weeks:
Take a One-A-Day multivitamin DAILY and Try the 2468 diet which keeps your metabolism in check.
Mon - 200 calories
Tues- 400 calories
Wed- 600 calories
Thurs-800 calories
Fri - 200 calories
Sat - 400 calories
Sun - 600 calories
For dinner drink 1 liter of water within 2 mins time then eat 1 Lipton Cup-A-Soup. Drinking the water quickly will fill you up but it does need to be atleast 1 liter.

I have also heard that 4-6-8-10 works really well, but I've never tried it myself. The important thing is to STICK WITH IT EVERYDAY for 2 weeks. If you eat more veges (without butter or salt, just heavy on the pepper or another spice you'll get a lot of flavor - also fresh fruit like apples are low in calories which means more food for you. =)

I don't know your height, but your weight does not sound high at all. Go to this link and enter in your height and weight and it will tell you what your optimum weight should be or if you are over/underweight. If you want to lose weight, just burn more calories than you take in, but remember there is not quick fix to weight loss if you really want to keep the weight off. Crash diets and diet pills, etc. will help you in the short-term but then you'll pile it all back on and probably more. You don't want to start yo-yo dieting. If everyone is saying you're thin enough and it's in your head, you may want to do some research on body image issues. You wouldn't want to develop any eating disorders over this sort of thing. Good luck.

The best way for me to tell you straight up is this... lose what you take in. You can eat whatever you want, but as long as you lose the calories you take in, you will lose weight.
Now, if you dont want to count calories. Just eat when you're hungry. And stop when you dont feel hungry anymore.
Also, eating in small doses, but more frequently is actually better suited to lose weight. Rather than eat 3 medium to big meals a day. Because your body breaks down fat easier if u eat in small doses.
Good luck.

Eat less..Move around more.
Don't buy anything unhealthy. Go shopping when you have a full stomach.
Force yourself to drink a full glass of water right before a meal...this always makes me feel full. And then just halfway through your meal, when you feel full, stop eating and throw the rest away.
Only drink water. No sports drinks, sodas, etc.
Weigh yourself everyday. This will help you remember what you are trying to do and stick to it.
And you probably think you are much fatter than you actually are. So don't worry about it. Your boyfriend obviously likes you for you. And if he doesn't...there are plenty of people out there, he may not be the right guy anyways.
good luck

Having to manage a undertaking like this may also be mentally disturbing on you each. My cousin was once morbidly chubby and died a couple of years again. The nice factor you'll be able to do for each you and your son is get reputable aid. Enroll your son in a weight reduction health center below the care of a medical professional. It's nice to try this now earlier than he turns into an adolescent and begins going via the teenager years of insurgent.

If you r only 114 then you r tiny and there is no need to diet it is in your head .Honestly I think you should seek some councilling on dealing with yourself you should love yourself the way you r .Maybe if you take a look at pics of you ,you might see that your not fat or overweight. What I would do to b that small but I would look anerexic. You should messure your height and then you judge if you need to lose but being 114 you don't learn to love yourself no matter what size or you will never b happy with yourself well goodluck.

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.
Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.
He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.
Hope that helps.

Shedding fat is not easy. You have to have patience and perseverance. You adopt a scientific method of eating and doing physical exercise. By scientific eating I mean a food which is low in carbohydrate and almost nil in fat.It also means a balanced diet taken at specific intervals and not take additional sugary materials. By physical exercise I mean light exercise lasting for longer period for more than an hour.
