I have a mixture of straight and curly hair (filipino and black), and I was wondering what I should use. The hair product I use now (Softsheen Carson Optimum Oil Therapy) works well but after a few hours, it dries out. I really could use some suggesstions on hair products. Thanks

the body shop tea tree pomade is great, as is the pomade made by paul mitchell which they sell everywhere. they both make my curly hair managable, but it always feels refreshed and not dried out.

The best hair conditioner is olive oil. put lots of it on your hair and work it in very thoroughly. Wrap your head in a towel and leave it alone for at least one hour to allow time for the hair to absorb the oil. Very important! Then wash it out with normal shampoo. It will be soft and manageable. This method works on any type of hair.
