He there, I went to weight watcher for quite a long time. I went to the actual classes and when you pay your fee you receive the materials you need, i.e pount calculater, trackers, tips and plans etc. The thing with WW is there's a lot of extra's you can buy. The best buy is the shopping guide and eating out guide, about 2 yrs ago the 2 together cost me about £5.00 and I'm sure it's not much morethan that now. They also sell sweets and cereal bars and things like that so it can end up costing you a small fortune but I suppose its up to you really how much you spend.

I loved weight watchers and lost an amzing 2 stones, once you get in to it its really easy to follow and some days I was amzed at how much I was eating whilst still loosing weight.

Good luck and enjoy it, it's not a diet, it's changing your lifestyle. You can also do it online!!
