1. see if there are broken threads in the rod. if found , use the die of m42 threads and then try again.

2. if the threads of the nut are damaged then try using a TAPP and then try again .

3. remember to apply white grease or machine oil when you fit the nut into a bolt

You'll need to run a die past the binding point. If you keep forcing the nut past that point eventually you're going to be using a hacksaw. Once the threads get galled up the nuts become one with the rod.

in easy terms a wager, yet i might say they use Grade 9 Lug nuts, and lug bolts. Grade 9 is the main efficient it rather is made. which will provide the threads better capability to combat against stripped out threads. they're additionally large threaded so as that they are going to tighten on easily. i'm optimistic they do pass threads each and every so in many cases although.

First make sure the threads aren't stripped or flat in that area or in the bolt. If the threads are okay, then use a little lubricant so it'll thread past that point.

Lanolin oil is fantastic. try it but you will prob need to buy yourself a metric thread file or die nut to clean the threads up
